Join GatorCare's 2020 Plank & Drank Challenge! 28 days of hydrating, ab-blasting fun!

• Participants will receive a calendar with planking and abdominal bracing times. Well also provide a challenge calendar with more advanced plank forms!
• Instead of using Walker Tracker, well provide a paper self-tracker, and youll use a weekly Qualtric form to self-report water intake and plank times!
