Primary Care Innovations Virtual Conference

Now in its 5th year, the Primary Care Innovations Conference offers a venue to learn, connect, and collaborate with health professionals working to improve primary care throughout Florida and the Southeast. The conference is designed for anyone working to improve primary care physical therapists and pharmacists to social workers and administrators. Together, we can innovate and make primary care better.
