Donoffa Nelson, DO, DipABLM, is board-certified in family medicine and lifestyle medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Miami and received her doctorate’s in osteopathic medicine at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, CO. She completed her family medicine residency at Lakeside Medical Center in Florida. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and American College of Lifestyle Medicine. In addition to English, Dr. Nelson speaks French-Creole.
